About the event
Guru Purnima honours Maharshi Vyasa and every teacher who lights the lamp of knowledge. We perform Vyasa puja, honour retired schoolteachers from our community and hold a satsang on learning.
गुरुर्ब्रह्मा गुरुर्विष्णुः… — the guru is honoured as the divine.

- Entry is free; registration helps us plan prasad, seating and volunteers.
- Please arrive 20–30 minutes early. Keep your registration message handy.
- This is an alcohol-, tobacco- and drug-free event. Please dress modestly.
- Prasad and meals are sattvic and prepared hygienically; tell us about allergies when you register.
- Seva contributions go to Seva Dham Foundation and are eligible for 80G receipts (see Donate).
- Photography for personal use is welcome; please respect people who do not wish to be photographed.
- Timings may change for weather or local permissions — we will message registered participants.
