From 4 AM prayers to midnight patrols — here is how our day of seva unfolds.

Mangal Aarti & Kitchen Begins

Volunteers begin the day with aarti and a short prayer before lighting the kitchen fires. Everything begins as an offering to the Divine.

Fresh Cooking Begins

Dal, sabzi, chapati and rice — freshly cooked in large quantities. Only sattvic, pure vegetarian food. No onion or garlic in most programs.

Morning Distribution

First rounds of the day — morning meals at our centres, hospital gates, and senior citizen homes. Warm food, warm smiles.
